We constantly strive to achieve best practice and as such have chosen to align ourselves with particular delivery systems. However once an order is despatched from our premises we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to Khai Myanmar Store via the online payment system. Khai Myanmar Store is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.
All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are at the discretion of the postal system providers.
Replacement items for orders lost in the mail are at Khai Myanmar Store discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Exchange Policy
If within 30 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange them for a different size, please email us at sales@khaimyanmar.com. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn or damaged.
Product exchanges will be shipped free of charge. Note that the costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
If within 30 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them for a refund, please email at sales@khaimyanmar.com. Goods will only be accepted for a refund if they have not been worn or damaged. Goods ordered with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel will not be refunded.
Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of the products or their sizing.
All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The orginal shipping costs are not refundable. A 10% administration fee will be charged on all refunds to cover processing costs.
